**Long Description** --------------------- **Foreign Trade Assistant** **Requirements** Education: Foreign Trade, International Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering or related field Completed bachelor's degree, certified graduate Experience: at least 3 years Workplace: **Dynatetc Plant (Parque Sur / In front of UNAM León)** (it is essential to have a personal vehicle or easy transportation access) / **T1 Supplier** Only CVs matching the profile will be considered **Job Responsibilities:** Identify and label domestic and imported fixed assets and perform customs declaration corrections when discrepancies are found Conduct physical inventory of fixed assets together with the involved personnel Monitor validity and balances of import customs declarations Determine the import regime for goods Request and verify certificates of origin for goods to be imported and/or exported Assign the type of export under which a good will be sent to national territory or abroad Control and properly archive customs declarations and their supporting documentation in a timely manner Track import/export shipments from their origin (entry port/customer plant) to their destination (customer plant/exit port) Support customs authority audit responses when applicable **Knowledge** Proficiency in Foreign Trade Software Knowledge of Annex 24 and 22 (virtual and final customs declarations) English B1 **Skills** Teamwork Results-oriented Negotiation Sense of urgency and high drive Customer orientation **We Offer** Competitive salary / Benefits exceeding legal requirements
