Proficiency in Office Suite, Oracle, WMS, and English level BI (required), B2 (desirable). Experience leading teams of over 30 people (required) and extensive knowledge in warehouse operations management, material picking, inventory control, cycle counts, as well as transformation processes in the metal-mechanical industry (required).**Job Description** The primary responsibilities of the Coordinator Material Handling And Data Integrity include ensuring system integrity within the organization, including master data, inventory, shipping and receiving. Analyzes, identifies and resolves data integrity issues. Works with other SCM areas to identify, analyze and develop system improvement opportunities. * Responsible for monitoring data integrity by using available reports and transactions to help validate daily performance. * Provide root cause analysis for incorrect data. * Responsible for leading and executing the API process. * Responsible for monitoring compliance with corporate policies/procedures/practices related to global SCM data integrity to improve overall performance across all SCM data integrity areas. * Responsible for quarterly SCM audits (SOX) and developing action plans to implement corrective actions for identified non-conformities. * Responsible for preparing and distributing operational reports through collection, analysis and summarization of data and trends. * Responsible for creating and maintaining the cycle counting schedule and processing and performing root cause analysis for identified discrepancies. * Responsible for system integrity and business processes related to inventory integrity and master data administration. * Responsible for managing the annual budget for mobile equipment, repair and maintenance of company assets related to storage and handling of direct materials. * Responsible for leading the month-end closing process. * Responsible for following safe practices and developing strategies to reduce safety incidents. * Responsible for supervising, coordinating, training, supporting and collaborating within SCM and other functions such as procurement and finance to establish and maintain documented standards. * Responsible for leading hourly SCM plant personnel according to the standards required by NOM-035 and for achieving area objectives and reducing operating expenses (demurrage charges for loading/unloading transport, overtime, energy consumption for mobile equipment, etc.) **Required Skills and Education** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business, Supply Chain or related field * Experience with Office Suite, Oracle, WMS * English level BI (required), B2 (desirable) * Experience leading teams of over 30 people (required) * Experience in managing warehouse operations and material picking, as well as transformation processes in the metal-mechanical industry (required) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Experience in supervising, training and developing Data Integrity and material handling teams to reduce and optimize storage and material picking operational costs **About AAM:** As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
