Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to Apple and PC users. * Assemble and disassemble computers. * Resolve hardware and software issues on customer devices. * Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels. Requirements: * Knowledge in assembling and disassembling computers and/or mobile phones. * Previous experience in technical support and customer service. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software. * Passion for technology and customer service. * Completed high school; bachelor's degree or incomplete engineering studies (Systems, Computer Science, or related field).
