




We are looking for a responsible, organized **Payroll Assistant** with a strong sense of confidentiality to join our team. The selected candidate will support the complete payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with labor and tax obligations. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's in Accounting, Administration, or related field (desirable). * Experience: 1–2 years in payroll processing (required). * Knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SUA * IDSE * Payroll systems: CONTPAQi * Intermediate Excel skills * Good time management and ability to work under pressure. * High level of confidentiality and accuracy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording, reviewing, and validating attendance incidents (absences, delays, vacations, disabilities, overtime). * Preparing and calculating weekly payroll. * Managing and updating employee records. * Calculating and processing final settlements and severance payments. * Processing payments for benefits, bonuses, and commissions. * Issuing payroll receipts and invoice stamping. * Updating personnel changes with IMSS (hires, terminations, modifications). * Generating payroll and attendance-related reports. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll.
