At FORVIA HELLA, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Coordinator or Quality Engineer QPP OtD who is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. **Job Objective:** To coordinate incoming inspections related to quality aspects, manage quality issues for complex purchased parts in series production, and lead improvement programs for global On\-time Delivery (OtD) processes. **️ Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate incoming inspections when required, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Initiate and manage ACL1 and ACL2 processes according to defined procedures. Identify and resolve quality\-related issues for complex purchased parts during series production. Lead and coordinate complaint management processes with suppliers. Initiate chargebacks and negotiate reimbursements when applicable. Conduct regular quality visits, meetings, and audits at supplier sites to drive continuous improvement. Lead improvement programs for global On\-time Delivery (OtD) processes. Manage supplier performance, including follow\-up on claims, monitoring of critical suppliers, and ensuring quality assurance for purchased parts. Approve PPAP/PPA submissions in alignment with internal quality standards and customer requirements. Drive cost\-saving initiatives by identifying and implementing ideas that contribute to operational efficiency and value generation. **✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:** Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering (or related field). Minimum of 5 years' experience in supplier quality or related manufacturing roles. Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes, complaint handling, and supplier audits. Experience with PPAP/PPA processes and supplier chargeback procedures. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
