Responsibility, organization, and teamwork At FIX Ferreterías, we seek responsible, organized, and service-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team. Main Responsibilities: * Receiving and organizing merchandise * Picking products (sales orders, zero-stock items, and urgent orders) * Restocking and leveling merchandise on the sales floor * Preparing orders (manual and semi-automated) * Conducting cyclical inventory counts * Updating and maintaining warehouse database * Managing supplier returns * Assisting with merchandise transfers * Verifying stock levels and monitoring negative inventory items * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with standards (5S) * Supporting customer service as required Operations and Controls: * Using tools and systems (PDA / POS) * Applying safety protocols * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Recording attendance and adhering to scheduled shifts Requirements: * **Warehouse or storage experience is MANDATORY — minimum 1 year in the role** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school * Flexible availability * **Verifiable job stability** * Organization, responsibility, and teamwork We Offer: * Timely weekly salary payments * Productivity bonuses * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities **LOCATION: Blvd. Faja de Oro 719, Centro, 36759 Salamanca, Gto.** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $9,570.00 – $11,000.07 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * Have you been unemployed "formally" for more than 6 months? * Where and when was your last formal job?
