We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles including finance, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **What are we looking for?** ========================== You will be responsible for managing a commercial office with proper administration of human and material resources assigned to the business unit, aiming to achieve established goals for the Branch, increasing profitability and customer base through effective promotion of banking products and services while delivering excellent quality service. **Your responsibilities:** * Ensure that the Branch under your responsibility achieves business volume and profitability results consistent with established targets and priorities. * Define, implement, and lead commercial strategies for promotion and service at the Branch. * Continuously increase the portfolio of profitable clients for the Branch and the Bank. * Increase customer loyalty by effectively promoting and selling the range of products and services offered by Commercial Banking. * Proactively and comprehensively manage clients assigned to your portfolio. * Jointly with the Branch Administrative Manager, lead and monitor strategies and actions necessary to maintain efficient administrative, operational, and accounting control of the Branch. * Attend to and satisfy the financial needs, inquiries, and complaints of Branch customers courteously. * Minimize overdue accounts and eliminate non-performing assets from the Branch. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. * 12\-18 months of sales experience in the financial sector. * AMIB Figure 1 certification "Investment Strategy Advisor" authorized by CNBV. * In-depth knowledge of Commercial Banking products. * Knowledge of managerial processes and commercial network management. * Knowledge of accounting, credit, and finance. * Proficiency in financial statement analysis and interpretation. * Proficient in Office software and commercial scenarios. * Proficient in BBVA applications and mobile devices. * Data-driven decision-making skills. * Leadership and team management skills. * Skills to contribute to the development of others. * Negotiation and objection handling skills. * Customer service-oriented skills. * Results-oriented work capability.
