Clarifies and documents discrepancies; corrects in the system. **Integra Estrategias seeks a Warehouse Assistant in Irapuato, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading company in its sector is looking for your talent as:** ***Warehouse Assistant (Inventory)*** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role, including use of inventory management systems. * Inventory system knowledge, counting techniques, product identification, data analysis skills, understanding of grammage and weight measurements, mathematical agility. **Responsibilities:** * Clarify and document discrepancies; correct in the system (Inventory Analyst), with approval from the Plant Manager. * Prepare reprocessing reports (shortages, damaged goods); inform the customer, initiate hold procedures to enable the customer’s decision on destruction or reshipment; notify Quality. * Manage auditor productivity and warehouse reliability; report to Operations via weekly consolidated reports. * Monitor operational KPIs, pending movements, and virtual locations — ensure products are not left under such status at end of day. * Generate holds and remove products only upon customer approval (Vo.
