




Company focused on food safety is looking to fill the position of **Technical Sales Advisor** for the **Guanajuato and Michoacán** region. Do you have \+3 years of experience in this or a similar role within the agricultural sector? Do you have training in B2B sales, project management, and negotiation? The person in this role will be responsible for increasing sales, maintaining clients, acquiring new clients, and boosting sales among existing customers. **Work and residence location:** Guanajuato and Michoacán Experience / Requirements: * Degree in Agronomy, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; * \+3 years of experience in this or a similar position, with technical-commercial knowledge of agricultural technologies and greenhouses (training in B2B sales, project management, and negotiation); * Knowledge of the work region and its agricultural market; * Availability for travel, possession of personal transportation, and valid driver's license; * Proficiency in Office suite, CRM systems, and basic-intermediate English; * Proven track record of sales success, after-sales service, and consistent customer communication; * Ability to stay updated on agricultural trends, regulations, and sustainability practices; * Ability to present data and value metrics (yield, cost per ton, energy/water savings); * Planning of project sales (phases, milestones, timelines); * Presentation and conference participation at trade shows; * Strong communication, technical and commercial knowledge, negotiation skills, autonomy, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset.
