Age: 25 to 50 years old Education: Technical professional or Industrial Engineering degree Minimum required experience: 3 years Gender: Not specified Required general skills: leadership, communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, analytical ability, negotiation skills, willingness to cooperate, creativity, impartiality, strong character, analytical mindset. Technical knowledge required for the position: 1) Footwear processes 2) Knowledge of materials 3) Handling of technical data sheets and process manuals 4) CorelDRAW proficiency 5) ERP system knowledge 6) Knowledge of various footwear construction methods Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of new production lines 2. Validation of fit tests 3. Definition of product manufacturing processes 4. Development of production manuals 5. Execution and delivery of confirmation samples for new quality products 6. Assurance of tooling processes 7. Delivery of Teflon tooling, wipers, matrices, dies, and spare parts for eyelets or stoppers 8. Definition and assurance of the 40-kg standard adhesive bonding process 9. Creation and delivery of POEs (Proof of Effectiveness) for critical spare parts 10. Inputting data into the quality management system.
