About the job Job Objective Ensure the quality, safety, and functionality of materials and ingredients supplied by vendors through: * Implementing on-site quality management systems at supplier sites, * Auditing the **DANONE** system, **local and global regulations** (QFSI, ISO, Nom, etc.), * Technical audits at supplier and DANONE operations sites. * Supplier \| material risk analysis. * Monitoring material deviations \| non-conformities using RCA. Main Responsibilities * Implement and maintain the supplier quality management system. * Manage audits for strategic line suppliers and new suppliers. * Evaluate supplier performance based on indicators such as % of non-conforming material, response time to non-conformities. * Manage non-conformities through root cause analysis and action plans (PDCA). * Validate compliance with specifications through statistical analysis. * Manage the qualification and approval process for new suppliers together with C\&P and R\&I. * Support the multidisciplinary team in risk assessments and change controls. * Administer global performance indicators at the Mexico level. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * % compliance with audit action plans * % closure of NC \| Root cause analysis and non-conformity management. * Compliance with AQL – MSTD sampling protocols, traceability, and product withdrawal. About you Candidate Profile Education: Industrial, food, chemical engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in the food or pharmaceutical industry. English: Advanced Willingness to travel. Preferred knowledge of food processes and material manufacturing (injection, blow molding, lamination, etc.) Knowledge of SAP and statistical process control. Hazard analysis, fraud prevention, and food defense. Good manufacturing practices, traceability, etc. GFSI audits Desirable lead auditor certification in FSSC22000\. Handling complaints through root cause analysis and application of the PDCA cycle, Soft Skills: Critical thinking, effective communication, leadership, problem-solving.
