




**Job Objective:** ------------------------ Address the needs of the manufacturing line by participating in problem resolution with internal customers (Ashimori) and primarily with external customers (Assemblers or other externals). Ensure proper product quality control through the application of quality systems and supervision of quality personnel. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Address and fulfill customer requirements as well as those of the Quality/Environmental Management System * Lead continuous improvement, coordinate and work on root cause analysis, as well as corrective actions * Update and implement documents to ensure and control product quality * Control all suspect products and ensure proper disposition * Prepare, manage, and send daily reports on product quality performance across different plant processes * Train personnel on product acceptance criteria and requirements * Coordinate internal containment actions and generate alerts for non-conforming product quality * Fill in quality issue databases and submit daily reports * Supervise the completion of red cards issued by quality inspectors * Manage personnel under their responsibility * Keep Master Samples up to date **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field * 1 year of experience managing personnel * Application and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools * Knowledge, handling, and understanding of KPIs * Organizational and leadership skills * Communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of the 7 quality tools applied for problem solving * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
