We are looking for an architect with after-sales experience EXCLUSIVELY IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS, who is reliable, responsible, creative, proactive, persevering, positive attitude, good presentation, excellent communication and interaction skills with apartment owners, knowledgeable in the interpretation of executive projects, engineering, and finishes for real estate developments, with extensive knowledge of construction systems to follow up and repair hidden defects. Responsibilities. Review of completed construction, schedule apartment handovers to owners, conduct inspections, verify work quality, follow up on warranty requests from owners, coordinate materials and work teams to carry out corrections if necessary, knowledge of power equipment, services, dealing with equipment suppliers to verify their warranties and address customer inquiries regarding installations or modifications they wish to make to their properties. Project locations: Cuajimalpa, Coyoacán, Álvaro Obregón, and Miguel Hidalgo Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in after-sales deliveries. Supervision of construction personnel. Direct client interaction Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
