Document Control Assistant – Project in Silao, Guanajuato Job Description: At Deltion, a Mexican company specialized in engineering, construction, and architecture, we are seeking to add a Document Control Assistant to our team for a project located in Silao, Guanajuato. The purpose of this position is to support the management, organization, and control of technical and administrative documentation generated during project execution, ensuring proper traceability, storage, and compliance with internal standards and client requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Control and administration of documentation produced at the construction site. * Compilation and updating of construction logs, purchase requisitions, cost estimates, daily and weekly reports. * Monitoring and tracking of construction progress schedule. * Support for technical and administrative teams in delivery and safekeeping of information. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field; professional title and license preferred. * Proven experience in construction projects (earthworks, civil works, or industrial projects). * Knowledge of document control in construction projects. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive. * Willingness to travel. * Residence in Silao or nearby areas.
