




We are looking for an experienced individual to support document management, customer service, accounting and logistical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. Archive, classify, and organize physical and digital documents to ensure easy and quick access to necessary information, receive and route phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, prepare reports, minutes, and other administrative documents, take dictation and transcribe notes, perform basic accounting tasks such as issuing invoices and recording expenses and income, and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
