Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers \- the best technology companies in the world \- and connects them through the company's industry\-leading services. **Arrow is looking for a Quality Inspector I \- Returns** **What You'll Be Doing:** * Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process * Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements * Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers * Investigate customer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations * Interface with multiple warehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution * Manage internal and external communications that come through the email, chat and phone * Document all return transactions accurately in the system. **What We Are Looking For:** * Relevant system experience with Oracle and ETQ within Arrow Electronics is preferred * Customer Support on a supply chain environment previous experience desirable * Basic Quality terms knowledge * Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook * Effective communication skills across multiple departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers) * Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English * Experience performing detail\-oriented tasks * Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker * Flexible with schedule * An excellent attendance record **What's In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
