




Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual professional with experience in labor relations, organizational development, personnel management, and regulatory compliance for an on-site position. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in labor relations and the Federal Labor Law 2. Bilingual and expert in recruitment and personnel selection 3. Knowledge of organizational development and legal compliance in safety Age: 33 to 55 years old Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Relations, Human Resource Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Bilingual proficiency is mandatory. Proven experience in labor relations, knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, union management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Experience in compensation, benefits and entitlements analysis, labor cost calculation, payroll slip interpretation, and severance agreement preparation. Organizational development, competency certification, performance evaluation, training plan development, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with and ability to manage legal compliance requirements in safety and health; expertise in recruitment and personnel selection processes; ability to develop and coordinate talent attraction strategies. Desirable: Experience with payroll and HR software such as APSI, TRESS, WORKDAY, +Orden.
