Direct interaction with customers and handling of reports We require a **Shift Supervisor for a Residential Unit** to perform access control, incident logging, work team coordination, customer interaction to address their needs, review of guard compliance with instructions, implementation of protocols (e.g., earthquakes, fire alarms, medical emergencies, conflict de-escalation), report handling and follow-up, as well as CCTV monitoring and video review. REQUIREMENTS: Stable employment history as a Shift Supervisor (minimum 2 years) Preferred age range: 32–45 years old Minimum high school diploma Basic security training courses Service-oriented attitude Valid documentation (military service discharge card) Clean criminal record OFFERED: Monthly salary of MXN 13,000–14,000 Statutory benefits Bi-weekly payment 48 \* 48 shift schedule Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
