IT Programmer Job Objective: Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's internal systems, as well as provide general technical support to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, platforms, and digital processes. Main Responsibilities * Development and programming * Automation of administrative or operational processes. * Maintenance and updating of existing software. * Error correction (debugging) * Continuous improvement of internal systems. * Technical and systems support * Basic user support (equipment, software, access). * Program installation and configuration. * Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Account, access, and password administration. * Technical troubleshooting. * Data backup (backups). * Database management (basic/intermediate). * Implementation of technological improvements. * Support for basic information security policies. * Assessment of the company's technological needs.
