A company dedicated to the conceptualization, design, construction, and installation of material handling systems Seeks a professional **Control and Automation Engineer (Motion Control Specialist)** capable of designing, programming, and commissioning control systems for product handling solutions, conveyor belts (Conveyors), and spiral conveyors. Working hours * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs Responsibilities: * Interpretation, modification, and validation of power and control electrical diagrams * Design and implementation of safety systems * Understanding of mechanical operation of conveyors (torque, inertia, gearmotors, chain tension, belt alignment, etc.) * Interpretation of pneumatic diagrams * Identification and diagnosis (valve islands, indexing pistons, pneumatic actuators, pressure regulators, vacuum sensors, etc.) * Implementation of safety PLCs * Configuration and wiring of critical protective devices (safety light curtains, area laser scanners, interlock switches, emergency stops, etc.) * Programming of safety zone control * Programming of safe functions in drives and servo systems * Programming of high-precision servo systems * Configuration and tuning of frequency inverters Specific knowledge: * Power and control electrical diagrams (European and American standards) * Interpretation of electrical symbols * Interpretation of loop diagrams * Interpretation of terminal block diagrams * International standards such as (ISO13849/ IEC 62061\) * Knowledge of PLC programming (Safety PLCs) Allen\-Bradley. * Knowledge of safety hardware * Knowledge of (Safety Relays, Safe Torque Off\-STO, Safe Stop\- SS1/SS2\) * Knowledge of Studio 5000 (Integrated Motion \& GuardLogix) * Knowledge of DriveWizard Industrial. * Electrical control components Essential requirements: * Flexible working hours * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience * Proactivity * Decision-making ability * Professional degree and license * Engineering degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field · **Salary: $14,000 to $17,000 monthly, tax-free** · **Bi-weekly payment** · For inquiries, contact via WhatsApp at 5561633557, specifying the job vacancy name Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting from $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
