KODE IT, a leading Mexican consulting firm specializing in ICT and software development, is seeking an IT Manager to fulfill the following profile. Required Knowledge: • Leadership of multidisciplinary development and systems teams. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Knowledge of scalable, decoupled, and service-oriented architectures. • Experience in cybersecurity, operational continuity, high availability, access control, and best practices in technological security. • Knowledge of cloud and next-generation technologies such as AWS. Experience: • Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years. Job Responsibilities: • Lead the systems team through results-oriented management, effective communication, and continuous improvement. • Supervise the operation and continuity of critical systems, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and support for internal users. • Define and implement methodologies, metrics, and controls to provide visibility into technology projects. • Drive digital transformation, technological modernization, and innovation strategies.
