Support and advisory services for origin documentation A leading international trade and logistics company, with national and international presence, is seeking the following position for its offices in Mexico City (CDMX): **Import Customer Service – Mixed Shifts** **Responsibilities:** * Tracking and coordination of LCL maritime import shipments. * Constant customer service and communication. * Liaison between customers, agents, and internal departments. * Coordination of origin services. * Support and advisory services for origin documentation. * Updating information and status in the system. **Requirements:** * Degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, international trade, etc. * Strong customer service orientation. * Proactive and solution-oriented individual. * Intermediate English (primarily written). Average salary according to experience: between $12,000.00 and $17,000.00 net monthly, plus benefits.
