Administrative Coordinator
At **Wolf México**, we are looking for someone who enjoys bringing order where others only see paperwork. Someone meticulous, consistent, and process-oriented, who serves as the administrative hub among **public tenders**, **accounting**, and **government agencies**.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and provide comprehensive follow-up on **public tenders** (IMSS, ISSSTE, and other government agencies).
* Manage and control all **administrative documentation** arising from awarded tenders.
* Collect, validate, and deliver administrative and documentary information to the **accounting department**, ensuring consistency and compliance.
* Manage the administrative relationship with **IMSS, ISSSTE, and other entities**, especially regarding: administrative requirements, invoicing processes, and validations required for **invoice collection**.
* Provide timely follow-up on administrative processes necessary for invoices to be accepted, released, and paid.
* Maintain complete, organized, and up-to-date files per tender, contract, and agency.
* Identify administrative risks and propose process improvements.
**Profile We Are Seeking**
* Proven experience in **tender administration** and interaction with government agencies.
* Practical knowledge of administrative processes with **IMSS, ISSSTE, or similar organizations**.
* High organizational, tracking, and documentary control skills.
* Clear communication with internal departments (accounting, legal, operations).
* Preventive mindset: understanding that a document submitted incorrectly today means a delayed payment tomorrow.
* Experience in billing derived from government contracts is desirable.
