A prominent polymer products manufacturing company is looking for:
**MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR**
We seek candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering degree.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in **industrial maintenance** within manufacturing.
* Experience leading technical staff or crews (preferred).
* Results-oriented mindset
* Problem-solving under pressure
* Planning and prioritization skills
Required Knowledge:
* Industrial electricity (control panels, variable frequency drives, protective devices).
* Industrial mechanics (bearings, alignment, lubrication).
* Pneumatics and hydraulics.
* Technical diagnostics and instrumentation (PLC knowledge preferred).
* CMMS/ERP systems and intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Industrial safety (LOTO, risk analysis).
What will you do in this role?
* Plan and execute maintenance programs (PMP/PdM) ensuring compliance.
* Lead critical corrective actions and eliminate recurrences through root cause analysis (RCA).
* Manage and develop technical teams (shifts, priorities, discipline, and safety).
* Administer critical spare parts and inventory (max/min levels, traceability).
* Coordinate suppliers and contractors to ensure quality, timelines, and costs.
* Control maintenance budget and justify investments.
* Maintain records, work orders, and departmental KPIs.
