This person will be responsible for coordinating product development, launches, and campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute cosmetic product development projects (from concept to launch). * Manage schedules, budgets, and resources. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, R\+D, production, supply chain). * Track project milestones and report progress. * Identify risks and propose effective solutions. * Ensure compliance with cosmetics industry regulations and standards. * Lead follow-up meetings and ensure cross-departmental alignment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 3\+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in cosmetics, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods). * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMI certification preferred). * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency with project management tools. * Intermediate/advanced English (preferred). **Key Competencies** * Results-oriented * Proactive * Strategic thinking * Attention to detail * Teamwork **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for permanent contract Work Location: On-site employment
