Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed nurse or graduate nurse with empathy toward the elderly to provide care and support professional development. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development and team contribution Licensed nurse with degree or graduation letter. \-Knowledge in caring for the elderly \-Empathy toward the elderly. \-Knowledge of major geriatric pathologies \-Possession of theoretical and specific knowledge, and ability to develop competencies and skills to assume responsibility for one's decisions and actions. \-Assume responsibility for professional development and contribute to team members' growth. \-Facilitate adaptation to new situations. \- Provide necessary care through a care plan to maintain and restore overall capabilities, and to prevent or delay complications arising from future disabilities.
