Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence **Job Objective** Control and maintain up-to-date information on inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments in the internal system to reduce time spent on warehouse processes. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Validate received pharmaceuticals and healthcare supplies in the warehouse according to specifications and register them in the internal system. * Physically and system-wise validate pharmaceuticals and healthcare supplies received in the warehouse that are rejections or returns. * Apply non-conformance handling procedures in the designated area and in the internal system for pharmaceuticals and other healthcare supplies (e.g., damaged or expired medications). * Perform necessary activities for inventories and cyclic counts, and maintain records of related files. * Conduct material/batch reviews at storage locations when discrepancies arise due to shortages in pharmaceutical and healthcare supply fulfillment. Experience * Logistics and distribution processes. \- 1 year * Inventory management. \- 1 year * Supply chains. \- 1 year * SAP\-6 months * Excel\-6 months Knowledge * ERP system usage. * Excel proficiency (Intermediate level). * Basic statistics. Education Bachelor's Degree **Complementary Profile** EXPERIENCE: * SAP / IM / WM / EWM modules.
