This role requires someone proactive, detail\-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of core platform components, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in a fast\-paced environment. **What You Will Do** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for web, mobile, and third\-party integrations. * Build resilient, high\-performance services supporting real\-time and high\-traffic environments. * Optimize system performance, security, and reliability following industry best practices. * Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, data privacy, and gaming regulations. * Develop and maintain data pipelines for analytics, fraud detection, geolocation, and reporting. * Collaborate with product, data, security, and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Participate in monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis to maintain system stability. * Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards. * Explore and implement emerging technologies in gaming, fintech, and AI\-driven fraud detection. **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience designing and building scalable backend systems. * Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, and data processing. * Experience in API development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. * Hands\-on experience with data pipelines, analytics systems, and geolocation\-based access controls. * Solid understanding of performance optimization and scalability principles. * Experience with security and compliance standards (AML, KYC, data privacy).
