




Position Summary: Responsible for defining infrastructure requirements, managing engineering development, and supervising its execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational needs. Ensures functionality and safety across all projects. **Responsibility** Define project infrastructure requirements; manage engineering development from its initial stage through catalog delivery for bidding of each discipline to be executed, ensuring compliance with current regulations and operational needs; supervise engineering execution considering interdependencies among disciplines to minimize on-site impact while verifying functionality and safety; manage receipt of as-built drawings and support administrative closeout and project commissioning. **Functions** * **Identify and specify engineering scopes and review installation catalogs** delivered by the contractor, supported by the Engineering and Infrastructure Department; confirm catalogs submitted in Uniformat according to Target Cost, standardizing by comfort category type and market study based on the unit’s location. * **Develop specifications jointly with the Engineering and Infrastructure Department**, covering project needs without over-specification, reflected during the pre-construction phase; reduce costs in defining newly created projects. * On-site supervision to validate specified quality, good construction practices, and on-site solutions not foreseen in design; as well as optimization of specification changes at site representing areas of opportunity. **Highest Academic Degree** Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering **Field of Study Relevant to Position** Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Administrative Engineering **Language** English – 70% **Technical Knowledge** Electromechanical technologies, volumetric calculations and quantifications, generator reviews, review of concept catalogs, integration of comparative tables, benchmarking, electromechanical systems. **Equipment / Machinery / Software Proficiency:** Windows Office: Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, Outlook, Advanced AutoCAD, Intermediate Revit, Project. **Years of Experience in Similar Position** 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $44,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Gym discount * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
