Job Summary: We are seeking a CCTV Monitor for video surveillance at a shopping center, responsible for camera monitoring, irregularity detection, and incident management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in camera reviews and access control GALERIAS MALL SHOPPING CENTER in Hermosillo is looking for top talent to fill the vacancy: “CCTV Monitor \- Video Surveillance” Location: Av Cultura 55 Ote, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, 83280 Hermosillo, Son. (next to the Sonora Museum of Art) We Offer: * Initial gross monthly salary of $13,760; increases to $14,400 after 3 months * Weekly payroll payment / no advance week / payday every Friday * Statutory benefits from day one * Direct employment with the position / 100% IMSS contributions * Rotating shifts every 15 days: 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, and 10 PM–6 AM, with mid-week rest Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years verifiable experience in a similar video surveillance and CCTV monitoring role within security areas (not installation, maintenance, systems, or IT) * Knowledge of security protocols, responsibility, integrity, emergency handling, teamwork, and communication * Valid and up-to-date official documentation * No issues commuting to the shopping center * Availability for rotating schedule Responsibilities: * Real-time video camera monitoring * Detection of operational irregularities at the shopping center * Coordination with on-site security personnel for risk or suspicious situations * Control and resolution of minor incidents * Notification of authorities in emergency cases * Daily incident log recording * Support in camera and facility inspections for maintenance * Access management for suppliers, deliveries, visitors, and others to the mall If you meet the requirements and are interested, apply through this channel or visit the mall’s administrative offices in person with your job application from Monday to Friday, 10 AM–1 PM.
