Job Summary: Ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through needs analysis, production process management, and delivery tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the production process from planning to final delivery. 2. Strengthens customer relationships and optimizes resources. 3. Develops and monitors production and shipping plans. Requirements: Age: 22 years and older Gender: Unrestricted Education: Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Objective: Ensure customer satisfaction by analyzing customer needs and comprehensively managing the production process—from print planning to final delivery. Guarantee the development and execution of production and shipping plans with timely and accurate monitoring, optimizing time and resources to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries, thereby strengthening customer relationships and organizational operational efficiency.
