Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Budget Assistant to prepare construction budgets, analyze quantities, update pricing, and track assigned tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Join the TCM Maintenance and Construction team. ***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** ***Cost and Budget Assistant position available.*** **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare construction budgets by analyzing and quantifying construction volumes. Update prices with suppliers. Monitor and track assigned work to meet daily targets. **Areas of Experience:** Unit Price Analysis, Construction Materials and Processes, Quantification (may include generators and/or tenders). **Skills and Knowledge:** Knowledge of construction materials and processes. Unit price analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Opus. Optional: SketchUp and rendering software. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; age 25 or older; preferably residing in the northern part of the city. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. **We Offer:** Weekly salary of MXN 3,100 net \+ Statutory benefits.
