One of the ways MML seeks to create a competitive advantage is through high-caliber leaders supported by well-designed people systems, resulting in a highly engaged, committed, and productive workforce. **Requirements** * Graduated Geologist, Geological Engineer, Cartographer, or Systems Engineer. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mining industry and at least two years as a database administrator or SQL programmer. * Experience with quality control programs based on NI 43-101 or JORC standards. * Experience operating In Situ chemical analysis laboratories. * Knowledge of Acquire. * Skills in programming reports, data exporters, and importers in SQL for AcQuire. * Desirable: experience in explicit geological modeling. * Desirable: knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Key Responsibilities** * Administration and custody of production databases for open pits, underground mine, drilling programs, and exploration. * Ongoing maintenance and verification of the database management system (AcQuire). * Daily updating and validation of databases with results received from the laboratory and quality control (QC) samples. * Periodic review and audit of chain-of-custody and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures. * Periodic updating of processes and equipment used in database management. * Monthly and quarterly reporting. * 2D and 3D geological modeling. * Commitment to MML’s continuous values framework, with safety and environmental stewardship as the top priority in all responsibilities. ***NOTE: Torex Gold Resources and its subsidiaries do not accept resumes from recruitment agencies without an active contract and those not designated as authorized partners for search activities.***
