**Procables de México**, a company specializing in the **electrical and lighting industry**, is seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** for its branch located at: **Parque Industrial GAIA, Warehouse 21, Blvd. Luis Donaldo Colosio km. 9, Mz 13, Santa María 309\-A, 77560 Cancún, Q.R.** We are looking for your talent as a Warehouse Supervisor — a proactive individual with leadership skills and a strong team orientation. **Key Responsibilities:** * ***Receiving Goods***: Coordinate receipt of materials from external suppliers and distribution centers, verifying that goods match the corresponding invoices and inspecting product quality. * ***Inventory Control***: Record periodic inventory counts provided by the Inventory Department and report any discrepancies for analysis and follow\-up. * ***Personnel Management***: Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and activities to ensure efficient operations. * ***Order Tracking***: Responsible for tracking shipments and receipts of orders, ensuring accurate dispatch and reporting any issues encountered to the Inventory Department. * ***Material Organization and Storage***: Responsible for optimizing warehouse space usage, supervising proper arrangement of materials, and ensuring all items are properly labeled for effective control. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Warehouse experience (minimum 3 years) * Experience in a similar role as warehouse supervisor or team leader within a related industry * Experience in electrical, lighting, hardware, or construction industries * **Applications from food, tourism, restaurant, and similar sectors will be automatically disqualified** * Up\-to\-date personal documentation * Employment certificates from the last three jobs * Experience managing personnel WE OFFER: * Base salary * Weekly payroll every Wednesday (BBVA or Banorte bank transfer) * Statutory benefits from day one * Social security, vacation days, year\-end bonus (aguinaldo), seniority bonus * Corporate benefits * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM APPLY NOW!
