Total charges for group functions and prepare and deliver checks for payment to group contacts. Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service. Arrange tables according to event type and service standards. Communicate any additional food orders, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
