Position Summary: A key liaison between the business unit, staff, and Human Resources, facilitating personnel administration, documentation, and policy compliance to ensure timely service. Key Highlights: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of personnel. 2. Administers personnel files, incident reports, and expense control. 3. Conducts follow-up on performance evaluations and manages offboarding processes. **BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR** **Objective:** To serve as an effective communication link between the business unit, staff, and the Human Resources Department, facilitating the management of personnel-related processes and unit documentation, ensuring policy compliance and timely support for employees. **Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for managing hiring within the company, including collecting all information from job applicants and screening candidates based on required qualifications. 2\.\- Hiring and Onboarding: Responsible for executing the hiring process as well as new employee onboarding. 3\.\- Manage and prepare physical personnel files. 4\.\- Follow up on performance evaluations on the 14th day for possible contract renewals. 5\.\- Prepare the unit’s daily incident report (administrative minutes, bonus payment dates for newly hired staff, schedule changes and/or operational rest days, commitment letters, delivery of shortage slips for cash registers, and bonus deductions). 6\.\- Submit organizational charts (budgets) every Wednesday at 11 a.m. 7\.\- Submit vacancy report every Saturday at 3:00 p.m. 8\.\- Submit vacation calendar and vacation request form every Saturday at 2:00 p.m. 9\.\- Uniform control and tracking in coordination with Personnel Administration. 10\.\- Submit shift schedules, attendance records (entry/exit times), and rest day logs every Thursday before 6:00 p.m. 11\.\- Cash expense control. 13\.\- Daily expense reports. 14\.\- Safeguarding supplier notes. 15\.\- Conducting cash register reconciliations (cash and card). 16\.\- Deliver exit interviews, final settlement payments, and resignation documents physically and digitally.
