




Job Summary: This role involves organizing and filing treasury documents, sending payment confirmations, and managing invoices and banking procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Treasury document organization and filing 2. Supplier and department payment management 3. Bank document processing * File treasury-generated documents (payments, checks, promissory notes) to ensure orderly classification. * Send payment confirmations to suppliers and departments. * Receive invoices from accounting along with all required supporting documents to process payments. * Submit bank documents and handle banking procedures as required by the department. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
