Currently, we are looking for someone to join the Travel Partners department as a **Key Account Specialist**, whose main objective will be to lead the expansion and strengthening of our strategic partnerships with hotel chains and hotels in Mexico, based in Cancún. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop commercial strategies to grow strategic partners in key markets. * Present and negotiate business proposals ensuring competitive conditions. * Analyze industry and competitor trends to identify acquisition opportunities. * Build and strengthen relationships with global hotel chains, ensuring sustained growth. * Negotiate renewals and improvements in commercial agreements to guarantee availability and preferential conditions. * Implement customized growth plans for each partner, aligned with their objectives and Despegar’s. * Provide continuous support and advisory to partners to optimize their performance on the platform. * Analyze customer reports and sales/communication KPIs to identify growth opportunities. * Create reports and presentations with key insights to optimize commercial strategy. * Propose and execute Online and Offline media plans to enhance partner visibility and sales. * Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure proper implementation of agreements and campaigns. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced English (able to deliver commercial presentations). * Minimum 3 years of experience managing strategic accounts across multiple markets, business development, and commercial negotiation. * Ability to identify key opportunities for account growth. * Strong internal and external negotiation skills with various stakeholders. * High analytical and strategic capacity, results-oriented with focus on growth. * Desired: knowledge of SQL (not mandatory). * Based in Cancún. ### **What benefits await you?** * Hybrid work model (2 days per week in office) * Performance bonuses * Minor medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers * Exclusive discounts on Despegar products and many more What We Offer \\uD83D\\uDCCCServe in an industry-leading expert company. \\uD83D\\uDCCCJoin a team of professionals passionate about travel and technology, making it possible for others to travel. \\uD83D\\uDCCCBe part of a team that uses technology as a pathway for innovation and solving opportunities. \\uD83D\\uDCCCDevelop your own career in a competitive and challenging environment.
