Our customer-oriented philosophy has enabled us to become strategic partners in designing and integrating technological strategies that drive organizational growth and efficiency. **Position Purpose** Ensure the quality and proper functionality of software products through planning, executing, and documenting functional, comprehensive, and regression tests, guaranteeing that delivered solutions meet established standards and business requirements. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements to design complete test strategies and test plans. * Design and execute test cases to validate developed functionalities. * Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, smoke, UAT). * Identify, document, and track defects using management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. * Validate integrations between services, REST APIs, and databases. * Collaborate with development, analysis, and technical leadership teams to ensure proper resolution of incidents. **Position Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in software quality assurance. **Languages:** * Technical English (desirable). **Technical Skills:** * Functional, regression, integration, and API validation testing. * Log analysis, service monitoring, and data validation using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, SQL, or Postman. * Documentation of results and test evidence management. * Experience with management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. *(desirable)* * Basic knowledge of test automation (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or Postman Collections). *(desirable)* **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Ability to anticipate risks and detect unforeseen scenarios. * Clear and effective communication with technical and functional teams. * Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work towards objectives. * Adaptability to projects using agile methodologies (Scrum). *(desirable)* **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Work Mode:** On-site or hybrid, based on goal fulfillment. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits and life insurance. **Join an innovative and quality-focused team.** If you are passionate about analysis, continuous improvement, and working with modern technologies, we want to hear from you!
