Positive work environment At RCU Cancún — a company specialized in radio communication solutions, electronic security systems, and applied technology — we are currently seeking a **Laboratory Technical Assistant** to join our team. **Job Description:** The Laboratory Technical Assistant will be responsible for supporting the inspection, diagnosis, configuration, and maintenance of electronic equipment, primarily related to radio communication, CCTV, and alarm systems. Additionally, they will provide support for technical testing, inventory control, and preparation of equipment for field installation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in diagnosing and performing basic repairs on electronic equipment. * Configuration and programming of communication radios. * Support in functional and quality testing. * Organization and management of tools and equipment in the laboratory. * Preparation of basic technical reports. * Support for the engineering and technical service departments. **Requirements:** * Technical or incomplete degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field. * Basic knowledge of electronics and use of measurement tools. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Prior experience in radio communication or CCTV is desirable but not mandatory. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. **We Offer:** * Ongoing training. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for career advancement within the company. * Positive work environment. * Fixed working hours.
