Job Summary: Universidad Maya is seeking a Technical Support Assistant to provide user support and perform software and hardware maintenance, as well as manage operating systems and networks. Operating systems and communication networks CANCUN CAMPUS Universidad Maya is looking for your skills and experience to join our team: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: TECHNICAL SUPPORT * User support (Windows, Office, Outlook, etc.). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of software and hardware. * Operating systems and communication networks. * Structured cabling. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * Prior experience in the field (must be verifiable).
