We are currently seeking our next **Spa Sales Associate**, whose primary objective will be to maximize spa revenue by actively promoting our facilities and services throughout the hotel, as well as facilitating the reservation process. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Concierge, Spa Receptionist, or Concierge in luxury hospitality. * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management or related field. * Advanced English proficiency. * Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. * Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness products. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence in service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for promoting all spa services, facilities, and special promotions across various areas of the hotel. * Achieve financial targets set by Spa Management. * Greet all group arrivals and wedding parties staying at the hotel. * Interact with guests to gather feedback regarding our services, pricing, and overall experience. **Skills / Technical Knowledge:** * Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills. * Time management. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. * Negotiation / closing sales. * Sales of spa, wellness, and beauty treatments. * Basic knowledge of: Massages / Facials / Holistic Therapies / Retail wellness products. * Scheduling and reservation management. * Spa / hospitality management systems.
