Your role will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Supervise and coordinate food preparation, plating, and service for Food and Beverage operations, ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained. * Develop and maintain positive communication with both front and back-of-house internal staff to foster a supportive, team-oriented work environment. * Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing guidance and feedback to improve their performance and development. * Supervise and manage inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage of food, equipment, and supplies. * Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, always striving to deliver exceptional guest experiences. * Maintain proper hygiene and food safety practices in accordance with local health department guidelines and company standards. * Assist in creating and implementing sales promotions, special events, and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends, seasonal menu items, and local competitors to ensure continued success and growth of food and beverage operations. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Requires experience in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience * Generally acts as a leader, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor * Works independently within established procedures and practices * Has 4 to 5 years of work experience **Competencies** ---------------- Business Acumen Championing Guest Needs Self-Development Impact Interpersonal Skills Functional Job Knowledge Leadership Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration Accountability**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
