





WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS **CARPENTRY WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR** *REQUIREMENTS* * Experience and knowledge in carpentry. * No restrictions regarding age or gender. * Preferred education: Architecture / Industrial Engineering. * Proven experience in similar positions. * Technical and leadership skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and fine carpentry processes. *MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES* * **Planning and coordination:** Develop work schedules, coordinate workload with other departments (design, procurement), and adjust scheduling based on progress. * **Supervision and monitoring:** Oversee task execution, monitor project progress, and verify adherence to established timelines. * **Resource management:** Administer the use of raw materials, machinery, tools, supplies, and maintenance. * **Team management:** Lead and motivate the carpentry team, assign tasks, resolve workplace issues, and ensure clear role definition and accountability. * **Quality and safety control:** Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations at every stage of the manufacturing and construction process. * **Continuous improvement:** Pursue operational efficiency, cost reduction, and ongoing enhancement of production processes. * **Communication:** Maintain smooth communication with other departments and report progress during follow-up meetings. *SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES* * **Leadership and team management:** Ability to inspire, motivate, and coordinate staff. * **Problem solving:** Ability to effectively identify and resolve problems. * **Technical knowledge:** Solid understanding of carpentry processes—from cutting through assembly and finishing. * **Planning and organization:** Ability to create and manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and efficiently allocate resources. * **Decision making:** Capacity to make sound decisions under pressure. * **Communication:** Skills to interact effectively with the team and other departments. *WE OFFER:* * Monthly salary approximately between $15,000 and $20,000. * Statutory benefits. * Performance-based bonuses. * Opportunities for professional growth. **Please send your CV with photo to nancy.colonia@apcmex.com** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
