Optimize processes to maximize efficiency and cost savings. Carry out assigned tasks according to corporate strategies. Train staff on campaigns or new products, ensuring quality standards. Supervise the production area and act as substitute manager when required. Monitor staffing levels, raw materials, inventory, and equipment operation for efficient production. Record production data, yields, losses, and inventory in the system. Ensure quality, adherence to procedures, and personnel management. Supervise production schedules and route planning up to point-of-sale (PDV). Verify product returns and ensure proper shipping conditions. Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene measures at the plant. Your Recipe for SUCCESS: Bachelor’s degree and/or degree in Food Engineering preferred; minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles.
