The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the workshop, managing the entire process—from appointment scheduling to vehicle delivery. They will also be responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent service and care, and for providing follow-up after service completion. **Responsibilities** Technical Supervision: Diagnose complex issues, assign tasks, and review the quality of completed repairs. Operational Management: Organize workflow, manage service orders, and ensure timely delivery. Resource Control: Monitor spare parts inventory and maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Safety: Ensure compliance with workshop regulations and policies. Customer Service: Advise and explain technical faults to customers.
