We are seeking a professional for our MAJESTIC RESORTS COSTA MUJERES (Cancun) complex as a **RESERVATION AGENT** with the mission of evaluating, analyzing, and ensuring that hotel practices meet environmental, social, and economic sustainability standards. ***Responsibilities:*** * Use Outlook for inquiries and special requests from B2C, B2B, and TTOO clients regarding reservations prior to arrival. * Verify individual reservations (TTOO and OTAs) generated automatically into the system (rate, occupancy, category, rate). * Maintain daily control, reporting any connectivity errors occurring within their segment. * Operate the SAP system for reservation creation, availability checks, and report generation. * Review reservations prior to guest arrival to detect any possible modifications or errors. * Manage rate structures. * Handle group reservations (creation, breakdown, and review). * Coordinate interdepartmental follow-up for VIP reservations, special requests, or exceptional cases. * ***Skills:*** o Analytical ability. o Teamwork. o Responsibility. o Decision-making. o Conflict resolution. o Organization. * Education Level: High school diploma or higher * Minimum of 1 year of experience in reservations, front desk, call center, or similar roles. * Advanced English proficiency * Proficient in Office suite and digital tools.
