Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to lead the team, ensure account growth, flawless shelf execution, and lead commercial strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment with opportunity to propose projects We are looking for a proactive **Sales** Coordinator to lead our sales and promotion team. Your mission will be to ensure the growth of our accounts, guarantee flawless shelf execution, and lead strategies that take our products to the next level. **Your key challenges:** * **Team leadership:** Supervise and train sales representatives and promoters to meet monthly quotas. * **Execution management:** Ensure compliance with routes, planograms, and brand visibility (merchandising). * **Business development:** Reactivate "Zero Customers", acquire new accounts, and negotiate strategic in-store spaces. * **Operational control:** Manage point-of-sale inventories, submit weekly performance reports, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries. * **Profitability:** Manage assets (loaned displays) and ensure placement of the entire product portfolio. **What we seek:** * **Education:** Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree. * **Experience:** Solid knowledge of trade routes, personnel management, and product display (merchandising). * **Tools:** Proficiency in computer programs (Office/Reporting). * **Mobility:** Valid driver's license is mandatory. * **Competencies:** Strong organizational skills, operational leadership, proactivity, and excellent communication. **We offer:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * **Superior benefits:** Grocery vouchers and savings fund, life insurance * **Additional benefits:** Uniforms and employee transportation. * A dynamic environment with opportunity to propose improvement and commercial growth projects. **If you have a commercial DNA and enjoy fieldwork, we want to meet you!** Apply through this channel with your updated CV.
