Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics or Supply Chain Engineer to support the implementation of strategies and control of warehouse operations. Key Highlights: 1. Support the Operations Coordinator in warehouse strategy and control. 2. Analyze and resolve logistical issues; plan improvements. 3. The primary objective of this position is to support the Operations Coordinator in implementing strategies, controlling, and operating the warehouse. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Engineering. * Age: 23 years or older. * Area of specialization: Logistics and Materials & Inventory Management. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and resolve logistical issues and plan improvements. * Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy through periodic physical inventory counts. * Supervise and promote staff training at all levels. * Ensure staff adherence to established procedures. * Develop policies and procedures for the department. **We Offer:** * Grocery vouchers (starting after the first month). * Productivity bonus (starting after the second full month of employment). \* Savings fund * Savings box * $12,247\.00 gross pesos per month.
