We are currently seeking a Night Manager at TRS. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** * Review the logbook and follow up on pending items * Supervise operations across all departments during the night shift * Supervise the security department during the night shift * Supervise guest correspondence * Monitor high balances * Verify payments made by guests * Perform nightly revenue reconciliation * Prepare reports on guest check-ins and check-outs * Supervise front desk cashiers * Verify correct application of rates according to reservation information * Prepare the nightly report * Conduct inspections of hotel areas to identify anomalies and supervise night-shift staff, taking action as necessary **In exchange for your commitment and motivation, we offer:** * Real opportunities for career development within an internationally expanding company * Excellent work environment * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences **Requirements:** --------------- **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or Hospitality Management * Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hotels * Knowledge of AAA and Forbes quality standards * Proficiency in operating systems * Advanced English
